SLOANE ROAD PRODUCTIONS was founded in 2004 by Lisa M. Perry and Jessie Hutcheson. Their first collaboration, CHARADE, a 30-second anti-Bush ad, was voted one of MoveOn.org's top ads. Their first short film, ON THE CLIFFS, won “Best Short Comedy” at the Ohio Independent Film Festival and has screened at film festivals around the country including Hamptons, Santa Barbara, Atlanta, New Orleans, and Savannah. It was selected to be a part of The International Women in Film and Televison Touring Series, showing around the world, and was also a finalist for the USA Film Festival. Their short film THE TEST was chosen as one of eight finalists for the inaugural tropfest@tribeca, and screened nationally (Woodstock, Santa Barbara, New Orleans, Ft. Lauderdale, Williamstown and Nashville Film Festivals). It was also one of five finalists for the GenArt/Delta Fly-In Movie Competition. Perry and Hutcheson have worked on projects for PBS, A&E, and IFC and are members of NYWIFT, IFP, and CinewomenNY.
They are currently working on the feature version of “On the Cliffs.”
